We relish the challenge in creating fabulous food for your special day, whether it is a formal meal,  a Moroccan feast or a good old South African BBQ!

Autumn Winter Menu

 

Canapés and drinks on arrival

 

The main served in bowls at the tables

Duck confit with red cabbage, apple, lentils and saucisson

Coq a vin with mash potatoes and crunchy bread

Cassoulet with Italian sausage, lemon, fennel

and baby potatoes

Lamb parmigiana, layers of a lamb chop, aubergine slices,

tomato slices, mozzarella, parmesan, baked in the oven with a wine sauce, but with a crunchy topping.

Ham hock, pork belly, duck legs,

Toulouse sausages and beans cassoulet

Warm baked malva pudding, served with custard or ice cream

Beetroot, pine nuts and goats cheese tartlet

Seared tuna, cucumber, coriander, lime and chili

Char grilled Chicken and apricot skewers, coriander relish

and cumin yoghurt

Monkfish with wild garlic, salsa verde, wild garlic flowers

Smoke salmon, lemon Caper dressing and pea shoots

Beetroot cured loch Juan Scotch salmon, cucumber and watercress soup, horseradish cream

Warm goats cheese, Rocket, caramelized walnuts, apple, cognac prunes, mustard lemon dressing

with a tangerine dressing

Tortellini of lobster and crab, squid, corn, creamy cashew

and spicy coconut

Simple belly of organic pork, with braised crab apples, seared scallops and cauliflower puree

Oven roasted rack of English lamb, potato dauphinoise, caramelized carrots and green beans served with a  light gravy

Organic chicken supreme, smashed potato and basil, asparagus served with a wild mushroom and wine sauce.

Beef fillet, braised ox cheek, porcini, garlic, florets of broccoli and spinach, red wine reduction

Pan fried sea bass fillet, spicy coconut sauce,  parsnip-cashew purée, aubergine & cauliflower florets
